Fees for services not provided under the National Health Service
The services shown below are not provided as part of our NHS contract. We will endeavour to assist patients by providing these services but reserve the right to decline to provide non-NHS services.

Medical Fitness Letters
Please note that this practice does not provide letters or certificates confirming fitness for recreational or leisure activities, including but not limited to:
- Skydiving
- Scuba diving
- Parachuting
- Bungee jumping
- Attending or joining a gym
- Other high-risk or recreational activities
These activities are not part of NHS-funded services, and GPs are not able to assess or certify fitness for participation.
If you require medical clearance, please contact:
- The activity or gym provider who should advise on their requirements, or
- A private medical provider offering fitness-to-participate assessments
