From 1-2pm each day, Monday to Friday, there will be limited capacity for us to answer calls whilst our patient services team catch up with vital administrative tasks such as processing repeat prescription requests, eConsults and emails, and also to allow them to make outgoing calls to patients to organise appointments requested by the GPs. Please only call during this time if the matter cannot wait until 2pm, and please be aware it may take a little longer to answer your call. Thank you for your understanding.

The phone lines are very busy in the mornings so, if possible, please ring on non-urgent matters in the afternoons. There are six lines and if the reception staff do not answer immediately it is because they are busy on other lines.

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
