Patient Services Administrator

Full job description

We’re looking for someone who thrives on helping others and enjoys being at the heart of a busy, supportive GP practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring everyone receives a warm welcome, clear information, and efficient guidance. The role calls for someone who can balance empathy with confidence – someone who can listen carefully, communicate clearly, and provide consistent, fair support even when expectations need to be managed or alternative options offered. You will also be someone who can successfully understand how to efficiently prioritise and process administrative tasks (e.g. processing online patient and third party queries and prescriptions). If you’re organised, compassionate, and able to stay calm and constructive in a fast‑paced environment, you’ll fit right in. Join us and help keep our practice running smoothly for the community we serve.
